What is the difference between an insole and an arch support?
An insole cushions and gives light support; an arch support has pronounced arch support that corrects the position of the foot. For complaints caused by a collapsed arch choose an arch support, for comfort choose an insole.
How do I trim the insoles to size?
The underside has cutting lines per shoe size. Take the original inner sole out of your shoe, place it on the new insole as a template and cut along the line. In doubt, cut to the larger size first and adjust if needed.
How long do the insoles last?
With daily use the insoles keep their maximum supporting and cushioning effect for up to about 6 months after purchase; after that we recommend reordering.
Are the insoles medical devices?
The ErgoSole heel spur insoles, ErgoSole arch supports, SpurFix and EnduSole are registered medical devices. The AeroSoll and WorkSoll are comfort insoles without medical classification.
