Quality with justification
Our insoles are developed in collaboration with podiatrists and are based on their experience with foot complaints in everyday practice. We select materials based on durability and wearing comfort, so you can enjoy them for a long time.
We stand behind our product
Our insoles are covered by the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity that applies to consumers in the EU. If an insole shows a material or manufacturing defect within that period, we will resolve it for you through repair, replacement or a refund. Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered: with daily use a pair lasts an average of 6 to 12 months. Your other statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
Something wrong with your product?
- Please contact us within 2 years of purchase and describe the complaint, with your order number and a photo.
- We will assess your report and let you know which solution we propose: repair, replacement or a refund.
