Shipping

• Shipping costs: shipping is always free.
• Delivery time: orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: your package will be delivered via DHL or Bpost. You will receive a track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? No problem. After receiving your order, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) to indicate that you wish to return it. After that, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

How to return

1. Report your return within 14 days via contact.
2. Send the product back to:

   Lipsstraat 50F
   5151 RP Drunen
3. The costs for returning the product are for your own account, unless the product has a defect.

Ensure the product is undamaged and complete. You may assess the insoles as you would in a store; for signs of intensive use, we may charge a reduction in value.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.
