Frequently asked questions
WorkSoll — for long shifts
Answers to the most frequently asked questions about this product.
Does Past Work Soll also apply to S3 safety shoes?
Yes, the profile has been deliberately kept slim (4–5mm) so that it fits in S3 shoes without the steel toe cap pressing. First remove the factory insole and then insert the WorkSoll.
How many hours in a row can I wear it?
The WorkSoll is designed for 8–12 hour shifts. For longer shifts — such as overnight care shifts or 12h+ construction days — cushioning and arch support remain intact.
Does it work on concrete floors?
Designed for exactly that purpose. The dual EVA layer under the heel absorbs the hard impact you get from hours spent on concrete, tiles, or steel plates. The effect is clearly noticeable in warehouses and construction sites.
How often to replace with daily 8-hour use?
If used 5 days a week for 8 hours, a pair typically lasts 6–9 months. Replace sooner if the heel cup loses its shape or the cushioning decreases.
Is the WorkSoll antibacterial?
Yes, the top layer is treated with silver ions to prevent bacterial growth and odor. Very noticeable in enclosed work shoes where your feet get warmer and more humid.
Does he also wear work shoes with built-in insoles?
First remove the existing factory insole – it usually does not fit with the WorkSoll (too tight). If the insole is fixed in the shoe and cannot be removed, choose the AeroSoll (slimmer profile, 4mm).
