Eight hours on your feet without tired feet — that's what WorkSoll Work Insoles offer. Whether you work in healthcare, are on a construction site, move around in hospitality, or spend an entire day in a store: your feet deserve more than a thin, worn-out insole. The Bracefox® WorkSoll is specially developed for people who work long shifts daily and want to come home pain-free at the end of the day.

With our latest Heavy-Duty Cushion Technology, the sturdy Anatomical Support Structure, and FreshFlow ventilation, the WorkSoll offers maximum cushioning, support, and freshness — workday in, workday out.

Why choose WorkSoll?

  • Heavy-Duty Cushion Technology: Reinforced cushioning in the heel and forefoot absorbs shocks during long hours of standing, walking, and lifting. Less fatigue in feet, knees, hips, and lower back.
  • Anatomical Support Structure: Sturdy TPU shell on the bottom plus deep heel cup supports the arch of the foot and keeps the foot in the correct position — even under intensive load.
  • FreshFlow Technology: Perforated top layer and ventilation channels actively dissipate heat and moisture. Your feet stay dry and fresh, even in work shoes or safety shoes.
  • Protection Level 3: Maximum stability for heavy loads — made for the work environment.
  • Wear-resistant material: High-quality gel, TPU, and polyurethane, designed to withstand daily intensive use.

Frequently asked questions

What makes the WorkSoll different from a regular insole?
The WorkSoll is specifically developed for people with standing or walking jobs. Where a regular insole only cushions, the WorkSoll combines Heavy-Duty Cushioning with a sturdy anatomical support structure that supports the arch of the foot and keeps the foot in the correct position — crucial if you are on your feet for eight hours or more.

Do the WorkSoll insoles fit in safety shoes?
Yes. The WorkSoll fits in work shoes and safety shoes of classes S1, S2, and S3. Remove the original insole, insert the WorkSoll, and if necessary, cut to size using the cutting lines. Note that the steel toe cap offers sufficient space — check this for narrow models.

Does the WorkSoll help with back pain from standing work?
Lower back pain often arises from poor foot posture and insufficient cushioning during long shifts. The WorkSoll absorbs shocks with every step and keeps the foot in a neutral position, which noticeably reduces the strain on the knees, hips, and lower back. Many customers notice a difference after a few days.

What is the difference between WorkSoll and ErgoSole?
The ErgoSole is a medical insole for specific complaints such as heel spur and plantar fasciitis. The WorkSoll is aimed at the working person: maximum cushioning and stability for long working days, without needing a medical indication. Choose the WorkSoll for prevention and comfort at work, the ErgoSole for active foot complaints.

How long do WorkSoll insoles last with daily use?
With daily intensive use (5+ working days per week), WorkSoll insoles last an average of 6 to 12 months. With less intensive use, longer. Replace them when you notice that the cushioning decreases or the material visibly sags.

Contraindications: There are no known conditions where the insoles cannot or should not be worn.

Frequently asked questions

WorkSoll — for long shifts

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about this product.

Does Past Work Soll also apply to S3 safety shoes?

Yes, the profile has been deliberately kept slim (4–5mm) so that it fits in S3 shoes without the steel toe cap pressing. First remove the factory insole and then insert the WorkSoll.

How many hours in a row can I wear it?

The WorkSoll is designed for 8–12 hour shifts. For longer shifts — such as overnight care shifts or 12h+ construction days — cushioning and arch support remain intact.

Does it work on concrete floors?

Designed for exactly that purpose. The dual EVA layer under the heel absorbs the hard impact you get from hours spent on concrete, tiles, or steel plates. The effect is clearly noticeable in warehouses and construction sites.

How often to replace with daily 8-hour use?

If used 5 days a week for 8 hours, a pair typically lasts 6–9 months. Replace sooner if the heel cup loses its shape or the cushioning decreases.

Is the WorkSoll antibacterial?

Yes, the top layer is treated with silver ions to prevent bacterial growth and odor. Very noticeable in enclosed work shoes where your feet get warmer and more humid.

Does he also wear work shoes with built-in insoles?

First remove the existing factory insole – it usually does not fit with the WorkSoll (too tight). If the insole is fixed in the shoe and cannot be removed, choose the AeroSoll (slimmer profile, 4mm).
