The ErgoSole support insoles are designed to counter tired feet, pronation and flat feet. The insoles provide strong support for the natural shape of the foot.

The orange variant is a medical insole aimed at heel spurs and plantar fasciitis (deeper heel cup, denser EVA). The green variant is an orthopedic everyday insole: lighter profile, focused on comfort and posture for daily use without a specific complaint.

Suitable for pronation or supination?

Yes, for mild to moderate pronation and mild supination. For severe misalignments, we recommend consulting a podiatrist for custom advice.

How long to wear per day?

Build up from 2 hours on day 1. From day 7, you can comfortably wear it all day, even for standing work.

Does it fit in every shoe?

It fits in almost all shoes with a removable insole. For narrow models, trim along the size marking at the front.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes. The top layer is latex-free and the materials are dermatologically tested. Suitable for sensitive feet, diabetics and people with skin irritation.
