The Bracefox® AeroSoll was developed as an everyday insole for anyone who finds the original insoles in their shoes worn out, too thin or simply not up to the job. Whether you are at work all day, running errands or just moving around at home — the AeroSoll absorbs every step and gives your foot the support it deserves.

The 2026 Model combines our latest Dual Gel Cushion Technology with soft Silicone Density Foam, for an insole that feels like walking on air.

Trim to size

Adjust the AeroSoll to your shoe size using the handy trim lines on the underside. Replace your old insoles; many people feel the difference from the very first steps.

Available sizes

  • Size 1 — Shoe size 36-41
  • Size 2 — Shoe size 41-46

Are you a size 41? Then choose Size 2. You can easily trim the insole down using the trim lines.

Washing and care

Hand wash at 30°C recommended for long-lasting use. Do not tumble dry.

The AeroSoll is a comfort insole for everyday use and is not a medical device.

Contraindications: There are no known conditions in which these insoles cannot or must not be worn.

How does AeroSoll differ from a regular insole?

Three things: ventilation channels that dissipate warm air, an antibacterial top layer against odors, and the weight—just 45g per insole. No orthopedic correction like the ErgoSole, but comfort and freshness for those who are on their feet all day.

Does the ventilation work in closed shoes as well?

Yes. The channels direct heat and moisture to the side and bottom of the sole, where it can escape through the shoe fabric or lacing holes. The effect is greater in fabric sneakers than in smooth leather models, but noticeable in both.

Does the AeroSoll fit in formal shoes?

Yes. The slim profile (4mm) fits in formal shoes such as oxfords, derbys, and loafers without making the shoe feel tight. For very narrow models, trim it along the size marking.

Suitable for warm or cold feet?

Especially with warm feet and a tendency to sweat: then you'll immediately feel the difference. With cold feet, it doesn't provide extra insulation, but also no cold — neutral.

How often to replace?

Due to its light weight, the EVA core is thinner than in heavier models. For daily use: 8–10 months. Replace sooner if the ventilation channels are visibly compressed.

Can the AeroSoll go in the washing machine?

No. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. The antibacterial treatment loses its effectiveness in hot water and detergent.
